These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Go Video Tube mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement. 2. Acceptable use You agree not to: Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law. Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems. Use the App to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. 3. Third-party content The App allows you to browse, search and play video and audio content that is hosted and owned by third parties. We do not own, produce, endorse, or control this content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability. Your use of third-party content may be subject to the terms and policies of the respective content owners and platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with applicable law and the rights of the content owner. 4. User-provided files The App lets you import and manage your own media files (videos, music, photos, documents) on your device. You are solely responsible for the files you add and for ensuring you have the right to store and play them. We do not access, upload, or moderate these files. 5. Advertising The App is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. By using the App you agree that ads may be displayed. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and tracking. 6. No warranty The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. 8. Changes to the App and Terms We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 9. Termination These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. 10.
